Yes, At TGM WATCHES we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your newTGM WATCHES. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your watch or if there were any shipping damages you can get a refund within 14 days after receiving your watch, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us. If not, You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge $30 - for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you. Just send us an email and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
