Shipping Costs and Delivery Time at TGM Watch

Standard delivery is provided free of charge. TGM does not cover shipping costs for returns.

You will be provided with an estimated delivery date. Please note that the estimate is not a guaranteed date of arrival; it is automatically calculated based on the expected time required to process your order, produce it, and deliver it to the address you provide.

Delivery time estimates are based on the locations of major cities. Please allow extra time if you live in a more remote area. TGM does not take responsibility for delayed shipments offshore locations or remote regions where postal services occur only intermittently.

Quicker delivery is available by selecting Express Shipping or Premium Shipping. Note that these options shorten the amount of time spent processing and producing your order, but do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Additionally, if your payment is made via bank transfer and it doesn't go through immediately, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the day TGM receives payment. We do not assume responsibility for or refund shipping charges based on such a delay.

If you do not receive a tracking number email, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you misplace your tracking number or if the delivery status has not changed for several days, contact our customer service support team so they can look into the matter for you. If there is a problem, TGM will contact the carrier to resolve the issue with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the specified address at delivery time, please contact our customer support services. We may be able to postpone the shipment.

Please inspect your parcel before you accept delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject receipt and file a claim with the carrier immediately.

However, in some countries, the recipient may receive a tax notice. Please contact us— TGM will pay those taxes for you. Sometimes, we may need to declare a lower value for the order than the actual amount, as taxes can be very high in certain countries. Therefore, we advise you not to declare the value yourself and to contact us so we can handle it on your behalf..
