Hello I bought two watches on Feb 12.
I want to know that whether I can get these watches whin Feb.
I made a call you several times & sent e-mail
but there was no response from you.
If you can meet the time, I want to refund

After several days of waiting for my order, the watch I finally received was not the one I had ordered. The strap is black, whereas I had ordered a blue one. In addition, the crown button does not work, so I cannot adjust the watch. It also lacks the watch’s seal on the underside and does not include a user manual. I request an immediate refund and the reshipment of the correct watch at your shipping expense.

Beautiful watches. Why do you use that movement? Does Seiko warranty the watch? Or, is this watch completely warranted by your store? How much additional time for longer watch straps? Again, very impressive designs. Are these all your own designs? I noticed some styles on Instagram that are not on the website. Are those limited editions or customized for clients?
